Indoor Digital TV Antenna

Indoor Digital TV Antenna

There was a time when most homes had a rabbit ears sticking out of their television sets. Although analog signals are about to be phased out, there's a new kind of rabbit ear receiver, but this time this would be an indoor digital TV antenna.

This is a necessary piece of equipment for the home entertainment system built around the high definition video system. Without it, the new sets would not be able to receive any signal. Or worse, if the system had a low quality receiver, the resulting video would be sputtering on and off. That's because, unlike analog television which gray out or become fuzzy when there's a weak signal, high definition video will not show anything if not all the video frame is complete. That means a dropped frame would result in a black (or blue) screen.

It may still look like rabbit ears with a wide stand, but these high tech receivers should not be left out if you want to enjoy your high tech video system.
